Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as good as you look, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some restrictions apply to our underwear collection.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, receive a refund to your original payment method, or opt for store credit.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided, then securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship out your new swag within 5-7 business days.
